Battle Creek CPL CCW Class
This is the USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals course, the class Michigan recognizes for the concealed pistol license. It runs 8 hours, including about 3 hours of live fire on our range, and we explain the reasoning behind everything we teach instead of putting you in front of a video. Questions are welcome at any point, and nobody gets singled out.

Common questions
Do I need any experience?
No. Plenty of our students are handling a pistol for the first time. You will be coached at your own pace on the range.
Do I need my own gun?
Bring your pistol and ammunition if you have them. If you do not, a rental pistol and ammunition are available at the range starting at $30.
Is food provided?
Yes. Coffee, breakfast and lunch are included, and we take frequent breaks.
What happens after class?
You leave with your certificate the same day. Take it to the Calhoun County Clerk, sign your application in front of the clerk, pay the $115 fee and get your fingerprints taken. Your license arrives in the mail.
